Our modern production facilities make it possible for us to manufacture steel pipes for the oil, gas, chemical and power generating industries in an extremely wide variety of materials. This includes high and low-alloyed steels as well as stainless steel in addition to classic carbon steels. These pipes are manufactured in accordance with API, ASTM and EN norms as well as in accordance with individual customer requirements.

Special applications

EEW Process Pipes find their application in constructions with extreme conditions. Whether it is the lowest or highest temperatures or extraordinary pressures, our pipes are technically and qualitative highly developed to meet these demanding conditions.

In-house treatment

In order to process the pipes after production according to various specifications, we have extensive in-house treatments, such as various heat treatments like induction heat treatment, stress relieving, normalising, quenching and tempering, soft annealing as well as solution annealing.

Testing facilities

To complete the comprehensive services in the production of our process pipes, we offer our customers a variety of testing options. On the one hand, these include destructive testing methods such as impact tests in our in-house laboratory. On the other hand, our non-destructive testing department tests all pipes according to customers’ requirements and specifications.
